Burgerhout
Burgerhout Has been a leading Dutch brand in the HVAC sector since 1937. We develop and produce high-quality solutions for flue gas discharge, ventilation and heat pumps, with quality, safety and ease of installation as our starting point. We actively share our knowledge and are happy to act as a partner, from advice and support to the joint realisation of reliable installations.

1865
Establishment of Burgerhout
1932
Founding Muelink & Grol, still then under the name Wijma & Grol.
1952
Wijma & Grol is moving to new premises on Paradijsvogelstraat in Groningen.
1962
Burgerhout is moving to Assen.
1987
Sell Burgerhout to Alcoa.
1996
Muelink & Grol and Burgerhout are merging and will continue as M&G Group.
2004
M&G Group is to get a new owner: Egeria.
2005
Acquisition of Isoléco (Belgium) and Interactive (Didam).
2009
M&G Italy Acquisition.
2012
Acquisition of Security Chimneys (Canada).
2016
Full integration of InterActive.
2017
DuraVent and Security Chimneys will continue independently. Acquisition of Stabile S.p.A. (Italy).
2021
New construction Assen.
